A study directed at answering the question, “If one wants to transform a city hotel into a holiday hotel, what type of design recommendations can be presented, taking into account the traffic in the area it is situated, the large number of buildings in the area and the fact that there are almost no green areas where one can breathe, around it?” A ‘focus on green’, which entwines the frontage, overflows on to the balconies and continues indoors, in the project, which was developed as a project designed to renovate the frontage of the hotel.
