Even, sometimes a design concept – title is the same, they are “different” for us – “should be different!” Needs, expectations, lives and experiences are not the same, as well as the design formed by them. Therefore, differences are the aspects making a design more beautiful than other hundreds of duplicates. So, a design should surround its owner, belong to him, tell him and be born by him. It can only be successful if it is like that. The thing supports and makes it privileged is the happiness it gives to the person whom it will belong – which we call the user. The design is present with its user. It cannot be considered apart from him and if it is, it is not a right design. Design is not a greatness indicator for an architect. It is the harmonic dance of user needs, environmental inputs, professional creativity and experience. So we say that “each design is different and should be different!”
The design journey of this project has also begun with these thoughts, inputs and expectations…
It has been a design which continued in high spirits from its design phase to production and application phases – certainly the part of the host who left the architect free as he should be is great – and ended with pleasure. The biggest pleasure for us is the happiness and huge smile on the host as well the architect.
